Rs 41, 500/- withdrawn from ATM, police investigating

1.      Yugal Kishore Retd. Div. manager HRTC and resident of  Ansoli nead Dharamsala was tricked during help at ATM booth for Rs 41,500/-. Kangra police have receive complaint by Yugal kishore in which he alleged that when he went to ATM to withdraw his pension, he found that his ATM card was not working properly so he gave his ATM card to a unknown young person standing in row behind him. But the card was not even processed by that man.  After reaching at home he saw that his ATM card was exchanged by that person and he came to know that Rs/- 41500 had been withdrawn from his account on 06.06.2012 at place Gaggal. In this regard case under section 379,420 IPC has been registered by the Police and the investigations are on.
