Bankers helped P M Narender Modi a lot , right from His assumption of PM   office in 2014, in implementing almost ,every scheme of government up till now . This sector mainly helped the present government during  Demonetization time by not only educating the masses but also working tirelessly for its success. And till date Bankers are working day and night to bring so many schemes on track, which are basically not in their job manual, like insurance etc.

Now India is once again preparing itself for other general elections, which are due in less than a year. And it should be the duty of the present government to agree to the demands of the Banking employees, who helped this government a lot, right from its starting(crucial of power)days.

On 30 th and 31 st May over 10 lakh bankers in government and private banks will go on strike, if the government does not agree to their Demands, according to a leader of the All India Bank Employees Association (AIBEA).

C.H. Venkatachalam, General Secretary, AIBEA, has already indicated that while thousands of crores of rupees are written off from profits towards bad loans of big corporate, the genuine demands of bank employees are being denied by this government.

‘We are the Bankers and we are under paid’ is the slogan of bank employees, so why, the genuine Wage revision is their major demand. Wage revision for bankers is due since November 1, 2017.Bankers want that the industry be included in central pay commission.

Bankers also demand, fixed working timings, 5 days week, no non-baking work and no holiday working, which are very reasonable demands and should be met with.

Many top Bankers are of the view that if the commission to bankers is illuminated in insurance schemes, the main banking activities shall improve, and corruption in this industry will vanish.
