20,000 took holy dip in the sacred Dal lake of Dharamsala, said SDM Kumud Singh on Radha Ashtmi  on Monday. The water body is treated as the substitute for the ManiMahesh Lake, situated at 13000 feet in Chamba District. She said that devotees offered rs 50,000/- to locale Shiv Temple along with 6oo kg grains on the single day. The ‘Shanan’ was declared opened by Industrial minister on Sunday
