Ganesh Dutt the senior BJP leader of Himachal Pradesh today expressed his views on section 118 and points out that at the time of congress regime they themselves have amended it for five times and make it as per their interests.

He further states that congress has no right to ask for the white paper and it is they who misused this section and now creating problems in bringing the anti curruptions bill also.
