200 Strong! Free Medical Camp Brings Healthcare to Army Families in Panchkula

Panchkula, July 4 (Kulbir Kalsi): Over 200 people benefited from a free medical checkup camp organized by the Rotary Club Pinjore Hills, Women and Child Care Welfare Foundation Chandigarh, and the Territorial Army Group Headquarters in Panchkula. Held to celebrate the Territorial Army’s Platinum Jubilee, the camp offered consultations with a general physician, orthopedician, dentist, acupressure specialist, and gynecologist. Free blood pressure, sugar, and BMI checks were available, along with mammograms for women. This first-time initiative provided much-needed healthcare access to army personnel and their families, with organizers hoping to continue these valuable camps in the future.
