Congress Rebels Expected to Join BJP Today

Once again, political upheaval grips Himachal Pradesh as six rebel Congress legislators are poised to switch allegiance to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Sources indicate that late-night discussions took place between Home Minister Amit Shah and the Congress rebels. Prior to this, they had also met with BJP’s National President JP Nadda at his residence in Delhi. Presently, it is rumored that these rebel Congress members may officially join the BJP in the presence of Union Minister Anurag Thakur today.

Among the rebel Congress members are Sudhir Sharma and Rajinder Rana, along with four other former MLAs, who have been camped in Delhi for the past week. They traveled from Rishikesh to Delhi, and speculations of their potential entry into the BJP have been circulating consistently. With meetings held with JP Nadda and Amit Shah, it is now believed that they will soon align with the BJP.
