90 year-old donates Rs. 1 lakh towards Aapda Rahat Kosh

A 90 year old Satya Kapoor and Sudershan Mohan of Shimla came forward to help disaster affected by contributing rupees one lakh towards the Aapda Rahat Kosh by collecting small contributions from their acquaintances, relatives and from their personal savings.
I am indebted to them for their noble gesture, said Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to both the elderly and said that people from all walks of life are coming forward to contribute generously during these challenging times. He said that this contribution is a testament to the indomitable spirit of sharing and unity in the face of adversity.
