Chief Minister issued WhatsApp number and email id to seek feedback from industrialists

Taking a historic initiative aimed at boosting industries in the state, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Saturday released WhatsApp number 8194891948 and email id punjabconsultation@gmail.com to seek feedback from industrialists to provide a business-friendly environment in the state.

In a statement issued here, the Chief Minister said that the Punjab government is the only government in the country, which formulates policies according to the advice of all partners. Giving examples, he said that the state government has taken people’s views to implement free electricity, Aam Aadmi Clinic and canal water schemes. Bhagwant Mann said that the result is in front of everyone because almost 90 percent people are getting zero bills, about 35 lakh people have benefited from free treatment in Aam Aadmi clinics and after 40 years canal water has reached the villages lying on tails. .

The Chief Minister said that to put the state on the path of rapid economic development, the state government has decided to give a boost to industry in Punjab. He said that steps have been taken to promote Punjab as a hub for industrial development so that the youth of the state can get maximum employment opportunities. Bhagwant Mann said that besides bringing new industrial projects in the state, the state government will also provide a pro-industry environment to the existing industrial units so that they can expand their operations in the state.

He said that these valuable suggestions will help the state government to formulate policies to promote industry in Punjab.
