Haryana’s Chief Minister, Naib Singh Saini, conducted a thanksgiving tour in the Ladwa Assembly constituency, visiting various villages, including Bir Pipli, Khanpur, Babain, Mangoli Jatan, Chhapra, and Gobindgarh. During the visit, he announced a series of grants and commitments for development projects aimed at improving the local infrastructure and benefiting the community. Among the notable announcements, Saini allocated Rs. 20 lakh grants each to the villages of Bir Pipli, Khanpur, and Chhapra, while Babain was allotted Rs. 30 lakh. Additionally, he directed officials to assess the feasibility of building a government college in Babain and emphasized the importance of road improvement across the constituency.
Saini praised the significant role of the government’s welfare programs in transforming the lives of the underprivileged, particularly highlighting the government’s commitment to providing government jobs without any financial burden on the youth. He emphasized that these initiatives are a direct result of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, aiming to uplift every section of society. He stated that these measures have brought genuine happiness to the faces of the poor, marking a significant shift from the past when such opportunities were out of reach for many.
A noteworthy initiative announced during the visit was the plan to provide one lakh plots of 100 square yards each to poor families in the first phase. These plots will be accompanied by financial aid under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to help construct homes for these families. The Chief Minister reiterated the government’s commitment to ensuring that every poor individual in Haryana gets a roof over their head, with earlier efforts already resulting in the allocation of 15,230 plots in 14 cities.
Further demonstrating the state government’s focus on infrastructural development, Saini revealed that Rs. 900 crore has been allocated for development works across panchayats. He assured the people of Ladwa that no funds would be lacking for essential infrastructure upgrades, such as road construction and repairs, which would significantly improve transportation and connectivity in the region.
The Chief Minister also took the opportunity to reflect on the governance of opposition parties, critiquing their failure to benefit the poor, in contrast to the current government’s focus on inclusive development. Saini urged the people to continue supporting the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), as it seeks to accelerate its development agenda, particularly in the areas of job creation, welfare schemes, and infrastructure.
Saini’s visit highlights the government’s commitment to not only fulfilling promises made during elections but also pushing forward with large-scale welfare and development initiatives to uplift Haryana’s underprivileged communities. With upcoming events such as Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Panipat on December 9, Saini called on citizens to participate in large numbers, signaling continued momentum for the government’s development agenda.
