Dalai Lama Congratulated the President of Turkey

His Holiness the Dalai Lama has written this morning to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to congratulate him on his victory in the Turkish Presidential election.

In His Message The Dalai lama wrote:-

“These are very challenging times. It is my hope that Turkey will continue to prosper and make a significant contribution to the peace and stability of our increasingly interconnected world.”

“I pray that you will be successful in meeting the challenges that lie ahead in fulfilling the wishes and aspirations of the people of Turkey, especially the less privileged members of society.”

His Holiness concluded by offering his prayers and good wishes.
