Mobile users of one TSP can make call from the network of other TSPs in affected districts

Addl. DGT HP LSA, informed that Intra Circle Roaming (ICR) has been implemented in four districts of Himachal Pradesh which are affected in torrential rain since 10.07.2023. The four districts are Chamba, Kullu, Lahaul Spiti and Mandi. The mobile users of one TSP can make call from the network of other TSPs in affected districts.
The mobile users may manually/Auto select the network from mobile settings and select the mobile network of any telecom company from the available network (Settings > SIM card > Mobile networks > Manual/Auto Select) They will latch on the network of other telecom company whose coverage is available and get the mobile connectivity.
Department of Telecommunications has also asked all the telecom companies to make necessary arrangements for restoration of telecom network at the earliest. The senior officers of DoT and TSP functionaries are continuously monitoring the situation in coordination with state government officials.
