Director Health Services Dr. Ajay Kumar Gupta arrested by police

Dr. Ajay Kumar Gupta, the then Director Health Services( Now retired) was arrested today in Case FIR No 4/22 of PS SV,_ACB Shimla which is being investigated by Special Investigation Unit.He has surrendered before the court after rejection of his bail by Hon’ble High Court of HP . He has been sent to police remand till 4th Feb. The case involves taking a commission/ bribe money of rupees 4.25 lacs for the purchase of ABG machines during his tenure as DHS.
