Empowering Youth for a Progressive Nation: Yuva Sangam Held at Punjab Raj Bhawan

Chandigarh, December 18:  A dynamic delegation comprising passionate young minds from IIT Ropar and IIT Karnataka converged at Punjab Raj Bhawan in the Yuva Sangam under the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat’ scheme, on Monday.

Igniting fervor for proactive engagement and positive change, the Governor Punjab, Sh. Banwari Lal Purohit passionately motivated the assembled youth. Encouraging them to embrace diligence, integrity, and dedication as guiding principles in their pursuits, the Governor emphasized the pivotal role of truthfulness and national interest in shaping a brighter future for the country.

“Work hard, speak the truth, and never waver from the path of honesty,” urged the Governor to the enthusiastic audience. “Your commitment to truth and your dedication to the nation will define your legacy. Raise your voices against corruption fearlessly, for the day one ceases to speak the truth is the day one compromises their very essence.”

The Governor’s impassioned speech at this exposure visit under the Yuva Sangam, resonated deeply with the youth, inspiring a renewed commitment to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s progress.

Later, over the high tea, the delegation comprising of about fifty participants including the students and the coordinators interacted with the Punjab Raj Bhawan Officials including Mr. K Siva Prasad, Additional Chief Secretary to Governor Punjab.
