As one of India’s most iconic beauty pageants, the winner of this milestone 60th edition will represent India at the 73rd Miss World competition, taking the country one step closer to discovering the next global beauty icon.

This historic edition promises to be a grand spectacle, paying tribute to the pageant’s rich legacy while embracing the modern future of Indian womanhood. Over the past six decades, Femina Miss India has served as a platform for countless women to showcase their talent, beauty, and intelligence, propelling them to national and international recognition.

The pageant’s nationwide selection process spanned five months, attracting an overwhelming response from aspirants across the country. The rigorous process included online screenings and regional auditions in five cities from each zone—North (Delhi-NCR), East (Kolkata), North East (Guwahati), South (Bengaluru), and West (Mumbai). Thousands of contestants participated, with the top five finalists from each state advancing to Mumbai for mega auditions. Ultimately, 30 state winners were chosen to represent 29 states (including Delhi) and a common representative for the Union Territories.

These winners, selected by a jury panel of industry experts and former pageant titleholders, will now participate in a boot camp designed to prepare them for the grand finale. The boot camp will include intensive training programs, digital content shoots, promotional visits, subtitle competitions, personal interview rounds, and an awards night ceremony. These state winners embody the essence of empowered and modern Indian womanhood, excelling in categories such as aesthetics, fitness, communication skills, intellect, personality, stage presence, body language, and confidence.

The Femina Miss India 2024 state winners include: Aabha Katre (Himachal Pradesh), Amrita Sethi (Punjab), Sakshi Joshi (Uttarakhand), Supriya Dahiya (Haryana), Sifti Singh Sarang (Delhi), and many more outstanding representatives from across the country.
