Congress responsible for backwardness of Sirmour: Bindal

S.P Jerath:Nahan:- While talking to media persons here today the state BJP General Secretary  and candidate from Nahan assembly constituency Dr. Rajiv Bindal alleged that the congress leaders elected from all five constituencies of Sirmaur District were responsible for the backwardness of this district which belonging to the founder of Himachal Pradesh and former Chief Minister Dr. Y.S. Parmar. He said that the congress  MLA’s did not care to use the funds for the development of their areas and also no such plan was prepared which could help for the development of this district.

Charging the two Union Ministers including Vir Bhadra  Singh and Anand Sharma Dr. Bindal said that these ministers created hindrances  to stop the central aided funds for state so that the BJP ruled state could not get credit of development. He said that National Highways in state had been in very bad shape but the union government failed to provide funds for metalling  the roads, no fund provided to the even on repeated  requests to compensate the people of state due to the losses of heavy rains and even the decision of Supreme  Court  of getting arrears of  power share  from Bhakhara Dam  about  Rs. 400 crore were being delayed by the union government plying tactics.

Dr. Bindal appealed the voters of Nahan assembly constituency to vote for BJP candidates on all five constituencies of the district so that the developmental activities could be introduced to bring it out of the backwardness. He said that all party workers had joined hands for the success of  winning the seat of Nahan and other four also.
