Pretty Faces From Chandigarh Vie For
‘Fem Miss North India Princess 2014’ Crown

  • Semi-Final Auditions held in the city to select Chandigarh finalists
  • Around 10,000 entries received for the beauty pageant
  • Winner to feature in a Music Video

Chandigarh, August 4th, 2014: Fem, India's Most Trusted facial bleach brand from the House of Dabur, today hosted the first semi-final audition of its mega model hunt – Fem Miss North India Princess 2014 – in Chandigarh. Nearly 150 stunning girls from the city were shortlisted for participation in the audition, and the finalists chosen from among them will join their counterparts from rest of North India to vie for the coveted crown of Fem Miss North India Princess 2014 in the Grand Finale to be held on 29th August 2014 in Agra.

The pageant is being organized to discover the most beautiful and fresh new face of North India, a face that embodies the values of Fem – soft, fresh skin with a natural glow. The winner of the contest will get a chance to feature in a music video, besides winning a brand new ‘Fiat Punto’ car.

The audition, which saw over 150 semi-finalists from Chandigarh city participating, was organized to identify the finalists to represent the city in the Grand Finale. The candidates were shortlisted from over 6,500 entries received for the contest.

The contestants went through three intense rounds of audition -- the introduction round, talent showcase round and a question-answer session with the judges. Most exciting of the lot was the talent showcase round, which saw contestants display a variety of talent, ranging from dance performances to stand-up comedy. The 20 finalists from across North India will undergo a special 4-day grooming programme in Delhi and Agra under the guidance of professionals from the fashion and beauty industry, to prepare them for the Grand Finale, which would be judged by leading names from the beauty, fashion and entertainment industry.

The hunt for North India's most beautiful face would be conducted across colleges and institutes in North India. The on-ground activation covers cities across six states -- Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh. Girls in the age group of 18 to 25 can participate in this contest.
