Haryana Assembly Passes Resolution Congratulating Shri Ramlala’s Pran Pratishtha

The Haryana Legislative Assembly today unanimously passed a resolution of thanks and congratulations on the Pran Pratishtha of Shri Ramlala. The resolution was moved by the Leader of the House and Chief Minister, Shri Manohar Lal.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Manohar Lal said that it is a matter of great privilege for him to present the resolution in the House regarding the Pran Pratishtha of Shri Ramlala on January 22, 2024. He said that every Indian is feeling elated and proud with the re-establishment of the Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The people of Haryana, along with this House, express their gratitude to all those who have contributed to this wonderful achievement in thought, word and deed.

He said that Lord Shri Ram is our deity and the source of energy for this vast nation. He is also our inspiration and guide. This House feels that discussing him reminds us of the high ideals of public service established by Shri Ram, which today provide great strength to our democracy.

The Chief Minister said that ‘Ram Rajya’ is an important concept in Indian cultural and spiritual thought, which envisions ideal governance. The ideal of ‘Ram Rajya’ envisages a society where there is justice, equality, brotherhood and prosperity. The concept of ‘Ram Rajya’ in Indian culture is not only considered as a political or social ideal, but it also upholds spiritual and ethical values.

He said that it has been said in Shri Ramcharitmanas – Daihik Daivik Bhautik Tapa. Ram Raj Nahi Kaahuhi Byata, Sab Nar Karhi Parspar Preeti. Chalhi Swadharma Nirat Shruti Neeti i.e. in Ramrajya no one had physical, divine and physical pain. All men loved each other and followed their own religion by being devoted to the policy (discipline) mentioned in the Vedas. These characteristics of Ramrajya inspire us to create a similar India even today. This House expresses its special thanks to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi who has taken a pledge to create such an India and as a part of the same great effort, has established the Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

The Chief Minister said that Shri Ram is the consciousness of this cultural nation. Shri Ram is our heritage, Shri Ram is a civilization, Shri Ram is a culture. So now when he has returned to Ayodhya after 550 years, waves of strong faith are rising in this immense sea of his devotees spread not only from Kashmir to Kanyakumari but all over the world and it is our great fortune that we are enjoying such a happy time. We have got this happiness and joy from the penance and sacrifice of our lakhs of ancestors. This House bows down to all those ancestors and expresses its immense gratitude to them.

He said that this achievement has been achieved in the auspicious time of Amrit Kal. It is an auspicious sign of achieving the ambitious vision of building a strong, inclusive and prosperous India in the next 25 years.
