The BJP’s state president, Mohanlal Badoli, has called for a meeting of all newly elected MLAs at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, where a breakfast gathering will precede a crucial session with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and CM Mohan Yadav. This meeting is anticipated to finalize cabinet appointments, following which the party will formally assert its claim to govern.

In addition to Saini and Khattar, Rao Inderjit Singh, the Gurugram MP and Union Minister, is making his presence felt in this power dynamic. He has already met with eight MLAs to discuss potential cabinet roles, and his daughter, who recently won the Ateli constituency election, is a strong contender for a ministerial position under the women’s quota. Singh has publicly dismissed rumors of dissent against the BJP, claiming that media reports regarding any internal strife are unfounded. His family’s political involvement and strong network further enhance his position within Haryana’s political landscape.
