Haryana Chief Minister Announces 50,000 New Government Jobs and Welfare Initiatives
In a significant address at a program in Karnal district, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini highlighted the state government’s commitment to bolstering welfare measures for its citizens. Emphasizing transparency and efficiency, he announced the upcoming recruitment of 50,000 individuals in government roles, stressing that these positions would be allocated without any fees or bureaucratic hurdles. The Chief Minister underscored his administration’s efforts in fulfilling promises, contrasting it with the opposition’s alleged failures, particularly citing the delivery of land possession and documents to thousands of beneficiaries. He outlined key initiatives including exemption of electricity surcharges for households using up to 2 kilowatts, zero billing during prolonged absence, and subsidization of solar panel installations for economically disadvantaged families. Saini also highlighted the distribution of Happy Cards for free travel and other benefits to over 84 lakh people from economically weaker sections. He took aim at political rivals for spreading misinformation, asserting the government’s commitment to constitutional governance and development under his leadership. The event was attended by local dignitaries including MLA Harvinder Kalyan and senior officials, reflecting broad support for the Chief Minister’s initiatives aimed at inclusive growth and prosperity in Haryana.
