On July 19, 2024, Saini’s wife, Suman Saini, presented a cheque of ₹1 lakh to Swati, the daughter of farmer Krishna Kumar from Khanpur Rajputan village in Ambala district. This gesture comes as a response to the financial crisis faced by Kumar, whose crops were severely damaged due to heavy rains, leaving him unable to repay his farming loans.

Krishna Kumar’s situation had escalated to a point where the burden of debt was affecting his family’s livelihood. In a heartfelt appeal for help, his family reached out to Chief Minister Saini, who promptly promised assistance. The cheque presentation took place at the Chief Minister’s residence, Sant Kabir Kutir, where Swati expressed her deep gratitude for the timely support from the Chief Minister.
