Haryana to Add 650 New Buses to Fleet

Haryana Transport Minister Anil Vij announced that the state government will be adding 650 new buses to its fleet. This move is aimed at improving public transportation and providing a more comfortable travel experience for passengers.

The fleet expansion will include 150 air-conditioned buses and 500 non-air-conditioned buses. These new buses will be environmentally friendly, adhering to BS-6 emission standards. The government has also initiated efforts to repair and renovate bus stations across the state to enhance passenger facilities.

Minister Vij emphasized the importance of providing basic amenities like proper seating arrangements at bus stations. He assured that the government is committed to improving the overall public transportation system in Haryana.
