Himachal Pradesh CM Welcomes Supreme Court Decision on Hotel Wildflower Hall

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has expressed his satisfaction and welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision upholding the High Court’s verdict regarding the ownership of Hotel Wildflower Hall. This decision, he stressed, safeguards the interests of the state.

Attributing the positive outcome to the meticulous efforts of the state government in presenting its case effectively before the court, CM Sukhu highlighted the engagement of renowned lawyer Mukul Rohatgi to ensure comprehensive representation and protect the state’s legal interests. He commended the government’s unwavering dedication to securing Himachal Pradesh’s rights.

Previously held by the Oberoi Group for several years, the prestigious property will now be vacated within a year as per the Supreme Court’s order. CM Sukhu stated that the state government will carefully consider the future course of action regarding the property, prioritizing decisions that best serve the interests of Himachal Pradesh.
