Important Notice: Extended Timeline for SGPC Election Electoral Roll Preparation

The general public is hereby notified of the extended and rescheduled process for preparing the electoral rolls for the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) Election constituency:

Registration of Voters: Up to 31st July 2024.
Preparation of Manuscripts, Printing, and Preliminary Publication: 1st August 2024 to 20th August 2024.
Publication of Preliminary Roll by the Deputy Commissioner: 21st August 2024.
Notice Detailing Revising Authorities: 21st August 2024.
Last Date for Receipt of Claims and Objections: 11th September 2024.
Disposal of Claims and Objections: By 21st September 2024.
Preparation of Supplementary Roll and Printing: 3rd October 2024.
Final Publication: 4th October 2024.

Applicants are advised to submit their voter registration forms at the designated officers’ offices as per the previous public notice.
