Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency Producers Seek Time to Make Cuts

The producers of Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film “Emergency” have requested two weeks to make cuts suggested by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The CBFC had raised objections to certain scenes in the film, claiming that they were inappropriate and could hurt religious sentiments.

The film, which is based on the 1975 Indian Emergency, has been eagerly anticipated by audiences. However, the CBFC’s objections have cast a shadow over the film’s release.

Kangana Ranaut, who plays the role of Indira Gandhi in the film, has previously expressed her opposition to the CBFC’s demands. She has accused the board of censorship and has threatened to release the film without its certification.
