Banks will conduct awareness campaigns, display the 1930 helpline prominently, and provide timely access to investigation data. Personal home address verification during new account opening is mandated to prevent fake accounts. Over Rs. 20 crore has been frozen in suspicious accounts, with Rs. 1.5 crore returned to victims.
