Upper parts of Himachal Pradesh has experienced its first snow fall of the season.

Rain and thunder stroms lashed the lower parts Himachal Pradesh. Kanga, Hamirpur and Chamba area has experienced thunder stroms. The days temperatures has already gone down and cold waves has made the life worse.
