Chandigarh, May 22 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini lauded the strategic brilliance and operational efficiency behind ‘Operation Sindoor,’ a military action carried out under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The operation, according to Saini, has not only demonstrated India’s military might but also showcased the country’s resolve to protect its citizens at all costs. He described it as a shining example of human, technical, and strategic excellence, noting that Operation Sindoor sent a strong message to the world about India’s power and patriotism.

Speaking to the masses before the commencement of the ‘Operation Sindoor’ Tiranga Yatra in Ladwa, Kurukshetra, Saini emphasized the significance of the operation, which has raised the prestige of the country on the global stage. “Our brave soldiers have shown the world that India is not one to back down in the face of threats. They went across the border, destroyed terrorist bases, and demonstrated that any challenge to India’s sovereignty will have serious repercussions,” Saini said.

The Chief Minister, alongside a large crowd of youth, women, and elders, led the Tiranga Yatra, which honored the soldiers who had laid down their lives during Operation Sindoor. The procession was a tribute to the soldiers’ bravery and sacrifices. Saini also paid homage to the martyrs of Pahalgam, laying flowers at an event held at the Ramkundi Dharamshala auditorium.

According to Saini, the military operation not only targeted terrorist bases in Pakistan but also included the destruction of 11 Pakistani airbases. He remarked, “When our forces fired missiles at Pakistan, the echoes reached China and America. The international community was made aware that India is not inclined towards war, but we will not tolerate any violation of our sovereignty. This is what makes our country great.”

Further highlighting the significance of the Tiranga Yatra, Saini urged the youth to embrace a life of service, dedication, and self-respect. He called on them to uphold the pride of the tricolor and work towards building a stronger, more prosperous India that draws inspiration from its glorious past. “This is not just a Yatra, but a celebration of patriotism and sacrifice, a reminder of our deep love for the nation,” he said.

Saini also took the opportunity to pay tribute to the brave soldiers of Haryana, stating that lakhs of men and women from the state are always ready to serve the country. “The whole nation stands with our soldiers. The Tiranga represents not just a flag, but our soul, our identity. Every grain of Haryana’s soil carries the spirit of patriotism,” he added.

As part of the Tiranga Yatra, the Chief Minister visited Madanlal Dhingra Chowk in Ladwa, where he paid homage to the statue of the martyr Madanlal Dhingra, further reinforcing the message of patriotism and sacrifice. The Yatra, which began at Bus Adda in Ladwa, passed through the main market and concluded at Ramkundi, covering significant locations such as Ladwa-Indri Road and Hinori Chowk.

During the event, former Minister Subhash Sudha, Deputy Commissioner Neha Singh, and several other dignitaries were present, showing their solidarity with the nation’s military and the families of fallen soldiers.
